- The rooms are ready for you from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am. If you wish to arrive earlier or later (after 7.00 pm), please contact us.
- Pets are only allowed upon request. We charge €15.00 - €20.00 per pet per day without food. We ask that you bring a sleeping mat for your pet and contact us about this before making your reservation. We appreciate your understanding that your pet does not have access to the dining room.
- We would be happy to respond to your individual needs: on request and on a case-by-case basis, we can also prepare lactose- and gluten-free dishes for you. We kindly request that you inform us of this in advance.
- Reservations will only be accepted in writing, stating the complete postal address and your telephone number. After receiving the deposit of up to 30% of the booked total price per room, your reservation is considered binding. You are also welcome to book directly online.
- Your reservation is considered confirmed as soon as the deposit for confirmation (max. 30% of the total booked price per room) has been received on our account. According to our terms and conditions, it will be refunded in case of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival, minus €15.00 processing fee. Your bank details are also required for this.
- You can pay your bill in cash, debit card or credit card (except Amex and Diners). Cash payments of the remaining amount of the room upon arrival. A bank transfer before the start of your holiday is also possible.
- We ask you to inform us in good time if you have to cancel your holiday. Cancellations are unpleasant – for both parties. Here are our conditions:
- up to 30 days before the start of your holiday, your deposit will be refunded minus €15.00 processing fees; For this purpose, we also need your bank details for the written cancellation.
- between the 30th day and the 8th day before the start of your holiday, the deposit will not be refunded
- if less than 8 days before the start of the holiday, the booked holiday days will be charged at 65% of the total price;
- in the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge a fee of 65% of the total price.
By making your reservation you agree to our general booking and cancellation conditions. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. - Can't start the booked holiday or has to end it prematurely? And then, to add to the disappointment, there are the cancellation costs. TRAVELLING FROM THE BRENNER PASS OR FROM VERONA
Take the A22 motorway from Brennero/Brenner or Verona to the Auer/Neumarkt/Tramin exit. Follow the SS48 towards Cavalese for 17 km. Turn off at San Lugano towards Altrei. After 6 km you are here.
