Arrival and Departure:
On your day of arrival your rooms will be available from 4:00 pm. On your day of departure we request you leave the room by 10:00 am. Please contact if you are planning an earlier arrival or check-in after 7:00 pm.

Pets:
We regret that we cannot accept your four-legged friends.
Accommodation of pets is only possible in some exceptional instance, by arrangement and in certain rooms. Please contact us.

Meals:
Meals not taken are not deducted.

Booking:
Bookings are only accepted in writing and must include your full postal address and telephone number. Your booking is binding after receipt of a deposit of €250.00 per room, and €150.00 per room for short stays.

Payment:
You may pay your invoice in cash, by debit card or credit card (except Amex and Diners). Bank transfer before the start of your holiday is also possible.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation
  • Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday your deposit is returned to you minus an administration fee of €15.00
  • Between 30 and 8 days before the start of your holiday your deposit is not returned
  • In case of cancellation within less than 8 days before the start of your holidays the booked days are charged at 65% of the hotel price
  • In the case of late arrival or early departure we charge an empty-bed fee of 65% of the hotel price
